Lollar request of him to return his credentials to the church

He served in the military during war time. Captured twice. First in Maryland in September 1862 (probably Antietam Campaign). After being exchanged November 10, 1862, he returned to duty and was captured at Bristoe Station, VA on October 14, 1863. He was exchanged on or about March 1, 1865 and paroled May 27, 1865.
