JOB— I am the Director of Health, Safety & Environment for Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. — a multi-disciplinary project management, design, and consulting company with corporate headquarters in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. As the Director-HSE, I am responsible for the overall development and implementation of all things related to safety, health, environmental, transportation, and security regulations at all of our locations. We have offices throughout the US and Canada, as well as several international locations. SAFETY— Hand-in-hand with my job as a safety professional is my involvement with The American Society of Safety Engineers, a nation-wide organization whose purpose is the support and development of the safety professional. I am a member of the Central Ohio Chapter of this group, located in the Columbus, Ohio area. |
